Working from our Head Office in Hallam, we are looking for a support center representative to join our collaborative National Support team on a full-time basis.

You'll play a pivotal role in modeling our exceptional customer care at dormakaba AU, by acting as the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls and emails.

The successful candidate will need to be available for our 11am – 7pm shift. A hybrid working environment will be available to you post the initial training period, which generally spans a 6-month period. All training will be provided within standard business hours (9am – 5pm), before we place you onto the 11am – 7pm shift.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
  • Ensure all responses whether they be through phone, email, or web forms, are responded to promptly, and with accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed, and maintaining detailed CRM records of all interactions.
  • Book service technician requests in line with service standards, coordinating schedules while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Process one-off payments securely over the phone, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper transaction documentation.

YOUR SKILLS

Our support center team are all about solving problems, driving efficiencies, and delivering best practice customer service to our loyal customers and community. In this role, you will effectively communicate with external & internal customers, assisting with any inquiries and transferring them to the relevant departments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Attitude and drive towards team success

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
