As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Recruitment Consultants to join our Hallam head office team.

Your Role

As an integral part of our team, you'll:

  • Source and onboard candidates across a variety of roles
  • Run group and individual interviews (online or face-to-face)
  • Manage compliance, inductions, and pre-employment checks
  • Match great candidates with great opportunities
  • Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs (no sales involved)
  • Maintain accurate database records
  • Deliver excellent service to candidates and clients while meeting time-to-fill targets

What You'll Bring

  • Recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential - we welcome those looking to start their career in the industry
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
