Administration,Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an Individual Programs Administration Support team member to join us at our Berwick Pakenham Campus in 2026.

The Individual Programs Department is responsible for the coordination and management of support services for students with learning diversity, disability and specific learning needs. Individual Programs Administration Support is a member of this department who is primarily responsible to provide specific administration support as directed by the Head of Inclusion.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling therapy sessions and assessments.
  • Upload and manage student documentation in the School Information System.
  • Coordinate special provisions and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
  • Liaise with therapists, parents, and staff to support student learning needs.
  • Assist students in classrooms and during activities, as required.

  • This is a part time, ongoing position
  • Working Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 3.30 pm, 28.75 hours per week
  • Commencing 23 January 2026
  • This role works during the school term only and receives 13 weeks school holidays
  • This position is a Multi Campus position working across both Berwick and Pakenham
  • This position requires a current VIT registration
