Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Fortitude Valley, QLD, for a Venue Sales and Events Manager. The role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of venue bookings, including client consultations, event planning, and sales activities. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, overseeing event logistics, and collaborating with the team to execute successful events. The manager will also be tasked with identifying sales opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Event Management, Event Planning, and Venue Coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience in Hospitality, Catering, or Event Operations is highly advantageous
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Event Management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the role
  • Relevant qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business are a plus
