With over 24 years' experience in the Real Estate industry, Lead Agent Alex Rutherford is known for her honesty, energy, and friendly approach which enables her to exceed expectations every time.

As the team moves into the next phase of growth, we are seeking someone who will provide a high level of internal administrative support to Alex and her team. We want you to bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in real estate or gain valuable part-time experience in the industry.

Reporting to Alex Rutherford, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
  • Attend and assist with sales activities such as open homes;
  • Social Media assistance across multiple platforms;
  • Providing weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
  • Self-managing day-to-day tasks; and
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous administration experience is essential, and previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous;
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills; and
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
