Contract Security Program Manager – SOCI Program

24-Month Contract 

Melbourne (Hybrid)

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile SOCI Program within one of Australia's leading broadband providers. This is a 24-month contract based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting to the GM of Security - a highly collaborative and supportive leader -you'll take ownership of the program that is critical to ensuring the business meets SOCI obligations.

The Role As Program Manager, you'll:

  • Own and drive the SOCI Program from end to end.
  • Oversee and coordinate 16–17 projects, sequencing and prioritising them effectively.
  • Build and manage the program roadmap to achieve SOC compliance by September next year.
  • Set and manage timelines, dependencies, and ownership across multiple streams.
  • Provide clear governance, structure, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

About You You'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory, security, or compliance programs.
  • Strong program and portfolio management skills, with the ability to align multiple projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
  • Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or other regulated industries is highly regarded.
  • SOCI program knowledge or exposure highly advantageous.
