Contract Security Program Manager – SOCI Program
24-Month Contract
Melbourne (Hybrid)
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile SOCI Program within one of Australia's leading broadband providers. This is a 24-month contract based in Melbourne with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Reporting to the GM of Security - a highly collaborative and supportive leader -you'll take ownership of the program that is critical to ensuring the business meets SOCI obligations.
The Role As Program Manager, you'll:
- Own and drive the SOCI Program from end to end.
- Oversee and coordinate 16–17 projects, sequencing and prioritising them effectively.
- Build and manage the program roadmap to achieve SOC compliance by September next year.
- Set and manage timelines, dependencies, and ownership across multiple streams.
- Provide clear governance, structure, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
About You You'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory, security, or compliance programs.
- Strong program and portfolio management skills, with the ability to align multiple projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or other regulated industries is highly regarded.
- SOCI program knowledge or exposure highly advantageous.
