About the Role:
As the
Service Development Analyst
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and performance of Mazda's national dealer service data. You'll work across teams, systems and stakeholders to enhance data quality, drive service retention, and deliver meaningful insights that inform decision-making and business growth.
Reporting to the
Senior Manager, Parts & Service Development
, this position is based at our
Head Office in Mulgrave
and sits within the Customer Support team.
This position requires a full-time, in-office presence
five days a week
, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate dealer service data across systems.
- Coordinate the ISDT program to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Support dealer network changes and data transfers.
- Assist with service marketing and Owner Communication Program (OCP).
- Produce Power BI reports and insights for business teams.
- Coordinate service initiatives, including mystery shops and the Mazda Service Guild.
- Prepare presentations and updates for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and retention.
About You:
You're analytical, proactive and thrive in a collaborative environment where precision matters. You enjoy solving problems, translating complex data into clear insights, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in business, IT, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar analytical or business support role.
- Strong data management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or the automotive industry (preferred, but not essential).
