
Executive Sales/ Client Services Administrator

The role:
We're looking for a highly organised, detail orientated and proactive
Executive Sales Support Administrator/ Client Services Administrator
to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with and report to our
Head of Client Partnerships
, supporting client relationships and ensuring the final steps of partnerships are delivered seamlessly.
You'll act as the right-hand support to our sales leader – making sure processes are completed, documentation is accurate, and clients receive a smooth, professional experience.
You'll be part of a supportive team where the focus is on
quality, consistency, and teamwork
, not high-pressure sales.
You'll be working closely with our Head of Client Partnerships to:
- Prepare and finalise sales documentation and agreements with precision
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign) up-to-date and accurate
- Support the end-to-end process of closing deals and tracking follow-through
- Manage client queries, follow-ups, and communications with professionalism
- Assist with reporting, coordination, and cross-entity sales administration
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a
PA, EA, client support, or administration role - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resilience and ability to juggle competing priorities
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) essential
