They are looking for a proactive and creative
Sales & Marketing Lead Specialist
to drive our client's growth in the Oceania (AUS and NZ) region while performing P
re-Sales activities
. This hybrid role blends market research, lead generation, content creation, and sales support, helping connect companies innovative lighting solutions with architects, designers, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Insights: Identify market trends, projects, and client opportunities in the Australia and New Zealand Market.

Analyse data on architects, designers, and developers to identify high-potential accounts.

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

Segment and priortise leads based on potential fit with companies' product portfolio.

Plan and execute digital and event-based marketing campaigns tailored to the Oceania market.

Coordinate with HQ in Singapore and regional teams on campaign materials.

Develop compelling, localised marketing materials aligned with companies' brand and design story.

Work closely with Account Managers while providing updates and Channel Partners to align marketing and sales efforts.

Brand Storytelling: Present companies value propositions through engaging narratives, presentations, and events.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, B2B industry.
  • Proactive, curious, and self-driven to find new leads.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • CRM expertise (SAP, Mailchimp, Eventbrite)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Design, or related field experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Interest in architecture, design, or lighting is a bonus but not compulsory.
  • This is a Junior to Mid-level role not for senior Manager.
  • Must be Australian Resident or Citizen to apply or someone with proper working rights to work in Australia only.
