Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will manage customer relationships, conduct sales outreach, and support the development of sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include delivering training, assisting in customer service inquiries, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to execute strategies, generate leads, and meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development activities.
  • Proficiency in building rapport with diverse stakeholders and working collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or mental health services is a plus.
  • Experience working with KPIs and patient or service targets is highly valued
