Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Deer Park, VIC. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, and resources, implementing policies and procedures, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Practice Manager will also handle administrative duties such as scheduling, billing, and resolving patient issues.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Deer Park, VIC
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting is a must
