WHO WE WANT
  • You're a hunter. You don't wait around for leads - you create them.
  • You're self-motivated, results-driven, and know how to close.
  • Strong communication + negotiation skills.
  • Whether you're knocking doors or working warm leads, you're relentless in pursuit of the sale.
  • You thrive on independence - you just want a great product, a proven system, and the freedom to make serious money.
  • Previous sales experience (D2D or face-to-face preferred).
  • Solar experience = bonus.
  • Full driver's licence + reliable car.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Go door-to-door in targeted neighbourhoods to generate leads.

Generate your own leads and/or be provided warm leads to close.

Understand customer energy needs & design tailored solar + battery solutions.

Quote, close, and follow through on sales and installations using our proven systems.

Sell world-class products (premium solar + battery that sells themselves). Bigger tickets = bigger commissions.
