We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Performance Analyst to join our sales operations team at Beevo. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who's analytical, detail-orientated and observant.

Beevo makes small businesses happy We do this by keeping their costs down on an ongoing basis so they can focus on running their business. Commercial real estate agents and accountants country-wide love us because we make them look good when they refer their small business clients to Beevo.

What's the role?

Your primary responsibility will be to listen to and review sales call recordings, evaluate individual performance, and provide clear, actionable feedback to management to support coaching and improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate sales call recordings to assess quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Identify key strengths, areas for improvement, and recurring patterns across individual account managers.
  • Summarize findings and deliver feedback reports to sales management.
  • Collaborate with management to improve call effectiveness and consistency.
  • Track and monitor individual and team performance over time.
  • Support the development of performance benchmarks and call quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for simple data tracking.
  • Comfortable evaluating conversations and providing findings back to management
  • Strong written communication and reporting abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales operations or analytics career path.
  • Previous exposure to sales, customer service, or QA (even academic or internship) is a plus, but not required.
