**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an #AMAZING Junior Buyer to join our growing brand who are dedicated to team collaboration and innovation.

Make an impact within the Buying Department by developing commercially relevant ranges for DECJUBA. As a Junior Buyer, you will build and develop a range of fashion products for the DECJUBA customer that meet all brand standards and successfully achieve sales budgets, whilst mentoring a team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate to build a range of products that achieve budgeted sales for the given category
- Work closely with the Planning Department across price point strategy, size analysis and qualification of each style to achieve optimal sell, development seasonal department strategies bases of trend and trade analysis.
- Prepare monthly and seasonal SWOT analysis and reports.
- Present and lead meetings across all necessary departments including QA, VM, Marketing and Production.
- Sign off approval on all supplier submissions within CP deadlines.
- Brief prints and graphics into the graphic design team and give final approval on artwork files before they are sent to suppliers.
- Continually engage creative thinking and seeking out innovation to create new sales opportunities within the range.
- Practice and ensure sustainable-first thinking within your role and team.
- Lead and develop your team, practicing clear and consistent communication and feedback.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience across Buyers Assistant or Assistant Buyer roles.
- Exceptional knowledge of all fabrications, raw materials, product categories and garment construction.
- Proven successful experience in working across multi region suppliers & markets
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgement.
- Well-developed internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Design/Buying (or equivalent).
- Proficient across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator).
