COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING / MECHANICAL SERVICES

Refmech Pty Ltd is a commercial HVAC company based in the Northern suburbs, our work primarily in the Northern and Eastern suburbs and surrounds. Due to continual growth an excellent opportunity is available for a fully licensed Air Conditioning and Refrigeration technician to focus on service and maintenance work, small projects with experience in commercial and base building plant maintenance.

The successful applicant will be exposed to a variety of commercial HVAC work including controls, maintenance, service, and installation.

Your responsibilities and attributes will include:

·       Service, repairs, breakdowns and fault finding of air conditioning and mechanical plant

·       Routine and preventative maintenance

·       Availability to work an afterhours call out roster

·       Asset condition reporting

·       Effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with clients

·       Reliability, punctuality and be prepared to work overtime

You will have:

·       Air conditioning mechanical trade qualifications

·       Current driver's license

·       Current full arctick license

·       Current restricted electrical license

·       Current Working with children check

·       Current police check (or be willing to undertake one)

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills

·       Ability to plan and work as a team member

·       Australian Citizenship
