Tabi Noosa is seeking a full-time Admin & Guest Services Coordinator to join our vibrant, fast-paced Airbnb management office based in Noosa Junction.

Workdays: Friday through to Tuesday (Full-Time) — Wednesday & Thursday off

Location: Noosa Junction

Car required

Competitive salary + superannuation + holiday pay


ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the operational backbone of our guest services, ensuring everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out, while supporting our property and housekeeping teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest enquiries and delivering 5-star service
  • Problem-solving day-to-day issues calmly and efficiently
  • Communicating with our housekeeping team and relaying key updates
  • Conducting pre-arrival property inspections for quality control
  • Coordinating meet & greets and assisting with guest check-ins
  • Handling daily admin tasks, data entry, and system management
  • Jumping in wherever needed to support the wider office team
