As the initial point of contact for patients, you'll be expected to provide warm, professional, and compassionate service to patients, referrers, and all other customers and stakeholders.

This role requires proactive, team-oriented individuals who can balance multiple tasks while delivering informed and professional support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Reception and general administration duties
• Welcoming our patients and managing relevant paperwork
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Following up medical information with referrers, e.g. GP's, specialists and third parties
• Working alongside our great team of radiologists, radiographers, sonographers and administration team
• Invoicing patient visits and receipting payments

About You

• Experience working in a similar environment such as a health service or radiology is highly regarded but not essential.
• High level of Customer/Patient Service
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude
• You take pride in your work and always present yourself professionally.
• Willingness to learn
• You are able to work flexible hours, between 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday and occasionally a Saturday morning from 7am-12pm.
