**Your new company**

Australia's leading landscaping company that specialises in manufacturing synthetic grass and sports grounds. They are Australian owned and manufactured and pride themselves on offering the highest quality products and service as well as an excellent working environment where all staff are treated like family.

**Your new role**

As the Office Admin and Receptionist, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities to support your team with Administration, sales support and assisting customers, which include:

- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Process orders.
- Handle stock enquires.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Process quotes.
- Assist sales reps as required.
- Handle freight enquires.
- Booking of freight.
- Daily invoicing.
- Preparation of reports as requested.
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding despatching orders.
- Assistance with stocktakes.
- General office/Reception duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you must be a keen team player with excellent admin skills, the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life and a can-do attitude. You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in an admin or reception role.
