Australia's leading landscaping company that specialises in manufacturing synthetic grass and sports grounds. **Your new role**

As the Office Admin and Receptionist, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities to support your team with Administration, sales support and assisting customers, which include:

- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Process orders.
- Handle stock enquires.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Process quotes.
- Assist sales reps as required.
- Handle freight enquires.
- Booking of freight.
- Daily invoicing.
- Preparation of reports as requested.
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding despatching orders.
- Assistance with stocktakes.
- General office/Reception duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you must be a keen team player with excellent admin skills, the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life and a can-do attitude. You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in an admin or reception role.
