What the role encompasses

As a casual team member, you'll bring our Noosa store to life by:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Styling our customers with care, warmth, and confidence
  • Supporting store operations including stock, visual merchandising, and POS
  • Championing THE UPSIDE brand and our commitment to wellness and movement

What you bring to the role

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion experience a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural sense of style
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fashion
  • Availability across weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
