ABOUT THE ROLE:

More is entering an exciting new phase of growth, transformation, and cultural evolution. We are searching for our first Change and Performance Manager, to build the foundations of Change Management for our teams and embed new ways of working. This individual will play a critical role in enabling this journey by driving strategic change initiatives that enhance employee experience, operational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a member of the People & Culture team, the Change and Performance Manager will work closely with all teams across the company to ensure change is thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and successfully adopted. This role is essential in fostering a resilient, agile, and future-ready workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and embed More's first Change Management Strategy and framework.
  • Assess change impacts, readiness, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed change and communications plans, ensuring clear, timely, and targeted messaging.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions to support adoption.
  • Advise senior leaders and project sponsors on change initiatives.
  • Lead and align change activities across projects, collaborating with project managers, the people team, and department leads.
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adoption, and employee sentiment.
  • Build internal change capability through toolkits, resources, and coaching.
  • Champion a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement, using data to inform recognition and improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels.
  • Background in telecommunications, technology, or customer-centric industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with internal communications and organisational development is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.

Skills

  • Ability to analyse complex change, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address interdependencies, challenges and achieve common goals.
  • Promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
