As the Learning and Performance Specialist at More Telecom and Tangerine Telecom, you'll be joining a multi award-winning company. ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Learning & Performance Specialist supports More's transformation by driving initiatives that uplift employee experience, professional development, and learning. Reporting to the Change and Performance Manager, this role helps embed a culture of growth, feedback, and continuous development across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, deliver, and evolve learning programmes aligned to business needs and employee aspirations, including onboarding, workshops, and digital platforms.
  • Manage and embed More's Performance Framework, partnering with leaders and the PMO to define OKRs and create tailored development pathways.
  • Support performance reviews, track development outcomes, and align goals with strategic priorities.
  • Enhance the employee experience through engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives, leading feedback loops and collaborating across teams.
  • Enable change by embedding learning and performance into projects, developing toolkits and resources to build internal change capability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders navigating change.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in organisational learning, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development or performance uplift.

Skills

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and engagement tools.
  • Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
