The opportunity
We are seeking a talented Program Management Function Coordinator. Our PM Function supports all BDA programs, projects, and PM specialists across Australia. Our vision is to Engage, Enable and Educate in all areas related to program management people, processes, and tools. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our mission and work across a diverse range of tasks. As well as supporting and working within our team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure and build your professional network as we connect with stakeholders across the company. This role is based in Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in PM Function Performance Metrics tracking and reporting
- Coordination, reporting and direct support to PM Functional Strategy to Action Projects
- Assist Program Management Best Practice and Enterprise Standard Gate Process activities
- Assist in planning and coordination of PM Talent Strategy Initiatives
- PM Function RIO Coordination
- PM Council Coordination
- Development & Delivery of the PM Communications
- Access and Administration of PM Function tools, websites, and databases
Experience/Qualifications
- A genuine interest in a career in project management and coordination
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills and experience
- Exposure to performance reporting and metrics
- Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet deliverable requirements
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
