Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Trilogy Funds Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and study the current business processes/requirements and future business flow in order to provide an integrated information system solution.
  • Conduct investigative work to gather requirements using a range of sources such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, user cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and user journeys to establish detailed knowledge of the current processes.
  • Provide functional application support to business, quality assurance, and end-user support teams.
  • Coordinate with Technical leads to determine the appropriate course of action in problem resolution, including the accurate assessment of identified issues to determine whether a technical or functional cause and/or resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Business Analysts and end users to design appropriate system modifications and technical solutions to support and resolve any identified system issues.
  • Conduct review sessions and work with users/SMEs to incorporate new functionalities seamlessly.
  • Identify and notify solution risks, mitigation, and risk treatment in line with the defined RAID framework.
  • Coordinate issue backlog and sprints in Jira for the technical leads
  • Maintain internal documentation library for Dynamics systems and processes
  • Coordinate the release user notes and communications

Key Competencies and Skills (role related):

  • Extensive Dynamics 365 experience as a BA, Functional Consultant or similar
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service/Contact Centre and Customer Insights -Journeys (previously Marketing)
  • PM skills will be beneficial i.e. driving deadlines, delegating, working as a team
  • Exposure to Power Pages and Power Virtual Agents is ideal (not mandatory)
  • A good understanding of system design and process modelling
  • Experience building and actioning test plans
  • Ability to run requirements workshops and translate the results into specifications
  • Experience in work management tools like Jira or similar
  • Previous exposure to SQL queries beneficial but not required
  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
  • Experience with Agile methodology
