You want to work for an owner who will give you good systems, processes & strategy, but who will then give you the free reign to manage your schedule & make the role your own.

You're ready for more than just "project management" and want to do more business development, it feels like a natural move for you. You're great at meeting new people and finding opportunities for new projects. You want to be able to do more of this, and be rewarded for it

This role is for Emora - a Sydney based construction company who are now expanding into QLD. This will be a key, strategic first hire in the state for them. They have a healthy pipeline of work in the territory, as well as existing relationships that could lead to more work, but they need a man on the ground to capitalize on this.

You must be hungry to grow something. Emora is a great company with a great reputation and this is a huge step forward for the company, so I am sure you can see how key this hire is for them

As the work grows you will grow a team beneath you, but to start you will have to wear a few hats- Project Management, some Site Management & Estimation, but a big part of the role will be Business Development and chasing down new opportunities.

This will be a really exciting & fast-paced role - the type where you look back in a few years and will be able to say "look what we built" (no pun intended).

The role is full-time, ideally they'd like someone based in Brisbane as most of their work is south-east QLD, and while the admin functions will be WFH, you will also need to be out and about, visiting sites & clients etc.

The role comes with a base salary, comms, car, travel & phone allowance.
