We're seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic Mulgrave-based team. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in digital marketing and e-commerce management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Shopify Website Management: Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and content updates to enhance customer engagement.

Digital Asset Management: Create and update products across the ecommerce platform relating to new product creation, descriptions, stock level, measurements, fabrications and compositions etc.

Analytics & Reporting: Generate and interpret e-commerce performance reports, delivering actionable insights to drive data-informed marketing strategies.

Inventory Analysis & Logistics Coordination: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory data within Shopify. Analyse sales performance to plan and confirm product orders, ensuring timely coordination of container shipments and stock replenishment.

Product Innovation Support: Conduct thorough market research and pricing analysis to support the introduction and promotion of innovative new products.

Technical Management & App Integration: Test, implement, and optimise Shopify apps and integrations to ensure seamless user experiences and platform performance.

Marketplace Coordination: Oversee creative and strategic management of listings across platforms such as Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay to drive clearance sales and promotions.

Content & Data Organisation: Ensure digital files, product databases, and marketing content are accurately maintained and organised for streamlined operations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, operation, supply chain or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, including product listings and inventory.
  • Strong analytical skills, experienced with data-driven decision making and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Sales Reports and Stocky Inventory System.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within a team.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin (Preferred).
  • Comfortable adopting new digital tools and technologies, including AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset with enthusiasm for e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
