**Join the team**
We are seeking a motivated Inventory Optimisation and Visibility Manager to join our professional and high performing Inventory Team. The role reports to the Inventory Manager - Demand, Optimisation and Visibility and leads three Inventory Specialists.
You will be an exceptional communicator with a natural ability to proactively manage multiple stakeholders. You will be exposed to numerous teams across the business, including international teams, allowing you the opportunity to quickly establish credibility and make your mark in the business.
**What you’ll be doing**- Design, measure, report and improve cross functional KPI's of total Inventory team- Deliver process adherence, performance, and continuous improvement of the Kmart Inventory Policy- Own accountability for the successful execution of Inventory operations through cross functional coordination of multiple teams- Optimizing technology products - working with both internal and partner product teams to identify and implement the product capabilities required to support current and new business opportunities- Ensure S&OP process and documentation is relevant and applicable to all key stakeholders- Ownership of S&OP documentation and reporting
**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Bachelor Degree in Inventory/Finance/Commerce or similar- High degree of Excel knowledge and experience with Power BI- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience- Experience in Allocations, Demand and Fulfilment systems- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail- Ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders- Experience within Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing.- Leadership Experience within Technology, Planning, Supply Chain or Demand- Proven ability to execute action plan deliverables in a timely manner- Project Management and Supply Chain experience
