About you:

  • You have a strong alignment with our values of relationships first, to be transparent, be impactful, and strive for excellence

  • You will not hesitate to pick up the phone to determine what our nurse customers are seeking and then work hard to deliver on those priorities and goals

  • The ability to build trust is crucial in this role – your nurses are relying on you for their income. You will need to be comfortable letting a nurse know when we cannot deliver their dream job or location and when we can't, you will ensure you have another opportunity for their consideration while never forgetting their bucket list

  • You will revel in keeping your customers happy so they remain loyal to both you and Affinity. This is a very competitive industry and working to retain our nurses is a priority

  • You will be happy to pivot many times a day as hospital needs become known. We strive to find suitable nurses for 150 contract roles received each day and you will need to move quickly to ensure your nurse is submitted first while ensuring they are a good clinical match

  • In managing your portfolio of nurses you will need to market the facilities and locations we support, and ensure your nurses understand what differentiates Affinity from our competitors
