Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Austria. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT and business operations, helping to improve processes and systems that support our organization's goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Create detailed functional specifications for new systems or process improvements
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends
  • Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and other documentation
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and build consensus
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and technical teams
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes
  • Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation techniques
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
