Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Employment Term: Ongoing – Full-time or Part-time
Location: Clinic facilities -Pascoe Vale South, Victoria and Sunshine, Victoria
Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Super

About the role:
As part of our ongoing expansion of our clinical team, we at Advance Therapy currently have an opening for a qualified and registered Speech Pathologist to join our team. The role will involve offering SP services to participants with a diverse range of diagnoses across multiple funding options. Full-time employment is preferred, although part-time employment will be considered. Flexible work arrangements are available across the clinic, shared office, Telehealth, and community locations.
This position is suited to someone who possesses a high level of motivation, independence, and organisation. A key requirement for this role is exceptional communication skills, as well as a genuine enjoyment of establishing connections with participants and their families.
Advance Therapy's high-quality services have delivered outstanding performance and therapy outcomes. Our exceptional and unique model has allowed us to expand our services and open our second facility in Sunshine, Victoria. A part of our ongoing recruitment, we are now hiring for both our Sunshine and Pascoe Vale facilities.
What we can offer you:
- $2,000 PD budget, plus 2 days paid PD leave.
- Non-KPI focused business model.
- Up to $5,000 paid travel allowance, or options for company car.
- Flexible start and finish times across a 4 or 5 day working week.
- Weekly supervision for the first 3 months as needed, then fortnightly.
- Autonomy to manage caseload with admin support available.
- Paid external mentoring from industry specialists.
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
- Multi-Disciplinary team meetings, PDs, and case reviews.
- Regular shadowing sessions across the MDT.
- Opportunities for ongoing career growth - leadership, managerial, and post-grad specialisation.
- Autonomy to pursue special interests, caseloads/demographics.
- Team based approach to case management with achievable client load.
- Working with an experienced team, with a positive team culture.
- Individualised case-loads designed to meet your experience and interests.
- Flexible work across clinic, shared office, Telehealth, and community locations.
Skills and Requirements:
- Australian accredited qualification as a Speech Pathologist
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia, including appropriate insurance
