Adelaide, South Australia LCS Maintenance (SA) Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Water Truck Operator to join our Environmental crew.

The Role:

This hands-on role involves street tree watering, operating water trucks and assisting with a range of environmental maintenance activities across various project sites. You will:

  • Perform seasonal street tree watering.
  • Support hydroseeding operations.
  • Conducting daily pre-start checks and routine truck maintenance.
  • Reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment faults promptly.
  • Liaising with supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth client services.
  • Support tree planting crews during the winter period.
  • This role may also provide general field-based labour as required.

About You:

  • Current Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience operating water trucks or similar plant equipment.
  • Sound understanding of mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance.
  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
  • A professional, courteous attitude when dealing with clients and the public.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to tasks and working with others.
