Who We're Looking For

We are currently seeking:

• Excavator Operators with proven experience working safely and efficiently around live services (e.g., water, electrical, gas, comms).
• Truck Drivers with a minimum HR licence, civil site experience, and a safety-first mindset.
• Labourers who are physically fit, reliable, and experienced in civil construction environments.

This is a full-time opportunity for motivated individuals looking to work in a professional yet relaxed, family business that values loyalty, honesty, and hard work.

Key Requirements

To be successful in one of these roles, you must have:

• Proven experience in civil construction
• Competence and confidence working around live services (essential)
• Current HR Driver's Licence (for Truck Drivers)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Current National Police Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
