Dragon Australia is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our industry leading team in managing our growing residential book. What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in property management, with a current certificate of registration
  • Professional language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
  • A current driver's license and your own vehicle – car parking and petrol allowance is provided by the company
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills when dealing with customers
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to think effectively on your feet
  • Most importantly, a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude

What you'll do

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including advertising, leasing, tenant management, property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Proactively communicate with tenants and landlords to address any issues and provide high-quality, solution-focused care
  • Effectively manage the pipeline, bringing in new clients and properties, and finding high-quality tenants for existing properties
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and property documentation to comply with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
