We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead and inspire a team of employees while also managing the day-to-day operations of our business. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our company operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the business, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee training and development.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers.

- Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they provide exceptional service to our customers.

- Monitor and analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align business strategies and objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the water treatment industry.

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

- Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
