This is a full-time, salaried position with potential for growth and advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations of the health center including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service
- Oversee a team of health center staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the health center
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Any other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health center or facility management
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of health codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
