About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and workshop teams. This role suits someone with either a mechanical background or strong customer service experience — and a passion for delivering premium service.

You'll work alongside expert technicians, brand professionals, and service administrators to provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for service customers
  • Coordinate service bookings, vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and cleaning
  • Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates
  • Ensure accurate recording of services, costs, and customer concerns
  • Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or products
  • Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficiency

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong customer service background (automotive, retail, or fast-paced industry)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Valid open manual driver's licence with clean driving history

Desirable:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership
  • Mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles
