Please note: This is a locally based role. FIFO is not available — applicants must reside in Gladstone or Rockhampton.

You'll be working across both Gladstone and Rockhampton, so a willingness to travel between sites is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote AESSEAL's range of mechanical seals and seal support systems move this to the top.
  • Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical advice and reporting on seals, reliability solutions, and pumps.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product sales and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team on pump-related enquiries.
  • Support customers with pump selection, sizing, and system performance analysis.
  • Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across multiple levels — from technicians to senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical/mechanical knowledge of rotating equipment.
  • Engineering qualification (desirable)
  • General understanding of mechanical seals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Confidence in business development and comfort with cold calling.
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within QLD when required.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools.
