We are looking for a Property Manager who will lead the Property Team to maintain our College campuses.

About You
- Ability to lead a dedicated team of maintenance and grounds staff in overseeing facilities which enhance student engagement, achievement, faith and wellbeing.
 - Ability to monitor and manage budgets
 - Ability to develop and implement long-term facilities plans
 - Experience in Property management (school-specific experience desired)
 - Experience in compliance with all relevant legislation, code and policies
