Bisa Hospitality is looking for a Housekeeping Manager / Senior Supervisor to join our team.

Housekeeping Manager / Senior Supervisor

We are looking for an outstanding housekeeping manager / senior supervisor with lots of experience, who is a team player, and likes to have fun while getting a very important job done. Our standards are high We will train; however prior experience in a 4–5-star environment is preferred.

Essential Qualities:

• You have cleaning expertise, at least 2 years supervisor experience in a 4–5-star hotel.
• You are very particular about everything from making beds to upholding service levels to the highest standards.
• Fast, efficient and physically fit.
• You have strong attention to detail, are able to multi task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are friendly and able to communicate effectively in English.
• You love being part of a team and helping the team achieve success.
• You are a shining star who sets an exemplary embodiment of professionalism and leadership.
• You are willing to learn and grow and take instruction from the Executive Housekeeper, GM and Directors.
• You are able to work weekdays, both AM and PM shifts, and weekends.
• Potential requirements for reasonable overtime.
• You seek the excitement of being part of a multi-venue business specialising in outstanding service and experiences as well as the diversity of our team.
• Must have a valid drivers licence as we manage multiple properties and the requirement to travel between them.
