**What this opportunity involves**:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Tasmania based team and become our new Marketing Manager on behalf of JLL for a shopping centre on our client account.
This role is responsible for Successfully contributing to the growth of income and value of the asset through the delivery and measurement of effective sales and traffic driving initiatives.

**An overview of the role**:
Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget.
Report marketing results regarding performance of campaigns.
Prepare and implement the annual marketing budget in line with the centre business plan.
Prepare marketing report as required
Develop campaign planners and assist in executing campaign and promotional activities
Engage and communicate with retailers on promotional opportunities and campaign objectives
Produce media and advertising requirements in line with the marketing plan.
Develop and manage a Digital plan that creates Centre awareness and sales opportunities
Communicate relevant day to day information to retailers including: newsletter, memos etc.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date website information on retailers and the property

Shopping Centre marketing experience is preferred.
Proven financial capabilities.
Competent computer literacy skills
A strong customer service work ethic and focus
Strong time management skills
Self-motivated and self-reliant
