We are looking for a Sales Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in fine jewellery to join our team. This role combines luxury sales with the artistry of sourcing gemstones and guiding clients through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

What You Will Do


• Deliver an exceptional in store, online and phone customer experience that reflects the Grew & Co standard


• Build lasting client relationships and provide aftersales care and follow up


• Source gemstones to suit individual client orders, managing the approval process with care and precision


• Work closely with designers and our workshop team to bring bespoke pieces to life


• Achieve individual and store sales targets with a focus on exceeding client expectations


• Maintain impeccable product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections and services


• Ensure showroom presentation is always immaculate with products and marketing displays prepared to inspire


• Manage client information and sales activity in CRM and other internal systems


• Support stock management, stock take and replenishment to ensure availability of key pieces


• Handle interstate, international and online sales with professionalism

What We Are Looking For


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fine jewellery sales in a retail or boutique environment


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate features and benefits clearly to clients


• Proactive and self motivated with the ability to take initiative in client engagement and sales opportunities


• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment


• Adaptable, detail oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
