  • Grade garments across size ranges with clear tolerances and quality standards
  • Liaise with offshore factories on fit, pattern, and workmanship concerns
  • Maintain the critical path to hit development and production timelines
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve garment quality, construction, and fit
What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years' experience as a Garment Technician (preferably in fashion/apparel)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Design, Pattern Making, and/or Grading
  • Advanced knowledge of garment construction, specs, and tech packs
  • Strong experience with fabric testing and quality assurance
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong supplier management skills
  • A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset
  • Pattern making skills and a passion for minimal, modern fashion

At Nude Lucy, people and product are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking work environment, where your skills are not only valued but nurtured. You'll be working with a team that's passionate, supportive, and committed to making beautiful pieces — together.
