Hunter & Scout is a popular, community-focused café known for its wholesome, delicious food and exceptional customer service. Operating daily for breakfast and lunch in a vibrant setting (with our courtyard opening from 7:30 am), we're proud to serve our local community with warmth and quality. We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain our 5-star standards.

Hours of role:-

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service from opening until closing (7 am – 3 pm)


• Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house team.


• Assist with minimal ordering.


• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with all regulations.


• Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving any guest concerns

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a café or casual dining environment.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting.


• Barista experience.


• Must have attention to detail


• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards within the hospitality industry.


• Must be available to work weekends
