Cineplex Redbank is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe and our premium Deluxe Cinema, offering exceptional food and beverage service including alcohol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operations for both the cafe and Deluxe lounge, ensuring exceptional service
  • Innovate and improve the existing menu to deliver elevated food and drink options tailored for Deluxe guests
  • Manage stock, ordering, and maintain supplier relationships for the cafe and bar
  • Uphold licensing compliance for alcohol service, including RSA and RMLV certification
  • Train, mentor, and manage the team to embody Deluxe hospitality standards
  • Prepare staff rosters
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction through creative promotions and menu enhancements
Requirements
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, cafe, or licensed venue management
  • Passion for menu innovation and continual improvement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
