About the Role

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Change Manager to join its transformation program. The consultant will lead the change management workstream, focusing on process optimisation, automation, AI enablement, and enhancing both client and employee experience.

The role involves working across strategy, communications, training, and adoption measurement, collaborating closely with leadership, business teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and adjust approaches as needed.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years' experience in change management or transformation roles.
  • Strong track record delivering change initiatives around culture and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with organisational readiness and benefits realisation.
