Our client based in the CBD is a respected and well-established personal injury law firm who is currently seeking a talented and motivated Employment Lawyer to join the team on a part-time basis (3 days). You will be contributing to the development and growth of this new practice area.  *Duties:*

  • Advising clients on aspects of the law relating to their case.
  • Drafting or preparing legal documentation, such as contracts and workplace policies.
  • Support clients in navigating the Fair Work Act and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring that agreements are implemented.
  • Representing clients or instructing barristers on the case.

Who are you?

  • 3+ years experience in Employment law.
  • Proven experience managing complex workplace issues, including disputes, grievances, and investigations.
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
