Senior Associate - Employment, and Workplace Investigations

Our client is a global law firm who is currently seeking an employment lawyer with 5 + years experience to join their high-performing team where you will advise on a range of front and back-end matters, with a strong focus on employment investigations and workforce conduct issues for a 3 month contract with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and advising on investigations, fact-finding and workplace conduct issues
  • Advising on employment compliance, employee relations, and restructuring
  • Drafting employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Supporting on employment aspects of corporate transactions and governance
  • Representing clients in complex employment disputes and risk management
  • Advising on immigration and sponsorship matters across multiple jurisdictions

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with a strong employment background
  • Proven ability to manage investigations and sensitive workplace matters
  • Strong drafting, advisory and client management skills
  • Australian employment law experience across jurisdictions advantageous
