CREST Education is a vibrant Christian learning community with a strong focus on excellence, innovation, and values-based education, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sports Administrator to join us.

About the Role

The Sports Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Sport and wider school community by coordinating the day-to-day operations of sports programs across the CREST precinct. This position involves event planning, administration, and communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.

You will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Sport.
  • Plan, organise, and manage school sporting events, competitions, and carnivals.
  • Maintain the sporting calendar, records of student/team achievements, and contribute to newsletters and school communications.
  • Oversee uniforms, equipment, and first aid resources for sporting activities.
  • Assist with budgets and reporting for CREST Sports.
  • Support the coordination of special sports events and functions, occasionally outside of school hours.

You are a committed Christian with a desire to serve in a Christ-centred learning community. You bring excellent organisational skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and attributes include:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with school databases (e.g., Synergetic, Timetabler, Accelerus, SOBS) is desirable.
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
