About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Osteopath who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your own caseload while working alongside experienced podiatrists, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide osteopathic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients of all ages
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle strategies for long-term health
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Osteopathy from a recognised institution
• AHPRA registered as an Osteopath
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of osteopathic principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience (graduates with exceptional drive are welcome to apply)
• Passionate about client care and achieving outstanding results
• Enthusiastic, professional, and motivated to learn and grow
• Willingness to participate in mentoring and professional development opportunities
• Strong focus on patient experience and customer service
• Structural osteopathic approach preferred

Prerequisites:

• Qualified & AHPRA-registered Osteopath
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Eligible for provider numbers with all health funds
• Osteopathy Australia membership (preferred)

• At least 2 years of experience preferred (but not essential for outstanding graduates)
