Alpha Express Airport Parking
Alpha Express Airport Parking – Brisbane Airport is seeking customer focused, reliable and mature minded people to fill Full-Time positions as Customer Service Officers at our Hendra location. The hours of these shifts are from 4am to 1pm and may encompass weekday and weekend work.
The main focus of this role will be to serve our car parking customers face to face at the front counter, as well as drive our customers to and from the airport in the courtesy shuttle. Our Brisbane Airport Branch is the busiest in the country, so the ability to work calmly in a very fast-paced environment is a must
The successful applicant will have:
- An exceptional customer service attitude
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- The ability to learn new computer operating programs
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility
- Reliability
- Open "C" Class Licence
- Ability to work shift work and weekends between the hours of 4am and 1pm.
