About this Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Manager Business Development & Contracts, as the Customer Contracts Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of customer contract management on behalf of RFDS SA/NT, including governance, performance reporting and oversight of RFDS's delivery of its contractual obligations.

We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.

Specifically, you will:

  • Prepare a contract management plan for RFDS SA/NT customer contracts.
  • Educate RFDS stakeholders about the contract including scope of services, KPIs and their responsibilities.
  • Ensure contract timelines and key dates are understood by the business.
  • Manage record keeping for all contract-related meetings, correspondence, documentation and issue and decision registers.

About You

You are:

  • Experienced in contract negotiation, administration and/or management.
  • A strong relationship builder and able to develop customer relationships.
  • A self-motivated team player who can work independently with limited oversight.
